Warner Springs Real Estate and Homes:
In 1844, John Warner established the Warner Trading Post on the site now known as Warner Springs Ranch. Early stagecoach travelers Kit Carson, Presidents Teddy Roosevelt and Ulysses S. Grant, and others enjoyed relaxing and rejuvenating in the natural hot springs. They soon became a popular stop on the historic Butterfield Overland Stage.
